A dynamic Clinical Curriculum launched in 2016 with two core certificate programs: the Service Planning Certificate and the Interventions Certificate. Both were designed using feedback from staff focus groups in conjunction with review from senior leadership. Throughout that year, feedback was monitored and evaluated. As a result of the feedback, two new certificate programs were created for 2018-2019 fiscal year: Group Facilitation and Short-Term Case Management.
